*Septic tank inspections are open lid performance tests.
Pumping of the tank is not included in the performance test but is recommended. We do not use the
dye testing method to inspect septic systems.
*Radon testing is done in the lowest livable level of the home
using a tamper resistant Continuous Radon Monitor. The results of this test are
available the day the testing device is picked up. Typically three days after
the inspection. If the house is vacant a charcoal canister is used. Results
available in 5 to 7 days.
