I am a NJDEP licensed pest control applicator
(20239 B) and a NJDEP licensed radon technician(10935). This assures you that the inspection for Wood
Destroying Insects and testing for Radon was performed by the same inspection
company that did the home inspection and not sub-contracted out to someone else.
If you have questions about insects or radon you only have to make one call.
The reporting system I use is the most complete and comprehensive system
available anywhere. Typically 40 pages and in color, the report categorizes any defects in the home by type and severity.
Digital photos are included to help you identify the defects commented on
in the inspection report.
A detailed narrative home inspection report will be sent to you via e-mail 5
hours after the completion of the inspection or first class mail the following
day. Now, you can address any concerns you may have about the
property immediately. If requested, a copy of the report will also be
e-mailed to your real estate representative and/or attorney. There is no
charge for this service.
