 Hi Frank,

First of all, Boris and I would like to Thank you profusely for the amazing job you performed on the inspection.
Boris and I came to the conclusion, that we did not feel comfortable, moving forward with the purchase.
We believe, the house had way too many issues. What we decided to do, was to purchase a brand new townhouse, that will be starting development in April. It should be completed by October - November timeframe. We believe that we should have a home inspection, regardless of new construction.
Boris informed me that you will be moving to Pennsylvania.  When the time comes, would you still be available to inspect our new home? We would of course, pay you for your travel and any extra costs this might incur.

Thank you for all of your help, it is greatly appreciated. Although my new home has some issues, you have given me piece of mind. I am working with my attorney to find acceptable solution regarding the Heating system and termites. The radon level is a little higher then I would like, but I did some research and it seems I can correct this for about $1200. Thank you again for your expertise.

I am purchasing a house in North Plainfield (Somerset), New Jersey.  I found your web site and was wondering if you could help! 

I am looking for an inspection on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, July 27, 28, 29.  Are you available?

I KNOW your what I am looking for.  Not only is your web site impressive, but your reputation proceeds yourself!  Both the sellers and MY agent and attorney stated that you are "too thorough" and may find so many things the seller may get upset.  Quite frankly, I want to know everything!

Please let me know if you would be available on those dates for that area and any fees.  You can call or e-mail.  I may not be available via phone today immediately, but will return your call as soon as possible.  I also want a home inspection with termite and radon.  It is a single family, 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths.

Hope you still remember me. You did a town-home inspection for us months ago in East Brunswick. 
 
We finally got everything done and will be moving in this weekend.  The whole house purchasing process was not pleasant unfortunately. The only person we did trust and liked a lot was you. This morning I told my husband I wanted to mail you a tip since I forgot on the inspection day. He said you would not care about a tip but would be happy to know how much we appreciated you. I have told all my friends in NJ about you and one of them will be calling you very soon for her home inspection. We have been thinking of this for long but kept getting involved in other things. We wanted to "Thank You" for the wonderful job you did with the inspection of the house.
 
You were fast, quick and to the point. You paid attention to detail and explained everything patiently. You delivered all your reports in time. The inspection report was 82 pages long, wish it was around 50 pages, had to scroll a lot. Anyway, the report was very comprehensive and detailed with pictures showing the defects. Your inspection saved us from surprises and expensive repairs later on. The Inspection was worth every bit of the money.
 
The seller fixed most of the issues and we bought the house. Thank you for the wonderful job and would recommend you to all my friends.

By the way, you were right. The Air Conditioner was not working, the seller had to get a new compressor installed. Thanks for the advice.

It was clear, colorful and explicit in the descriptions and recommendations of each area inspected. Although, we were all encumbered with delays during the huge snow storm emergency warnings given by the weather reporters, you never hesitated to arrange a convenient time to complete the inspection. Your responsiveness to the deadline dates noted in the contract is worthy of mention and is to be applauded. The entire job was completed in less than one weeks notice. I wanted to thank you again for your efforts.  Jeannette and I are very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of your work.  Speaking with friends and family we've realized that your skills and insight are superior to the other home inspectors in this area.
 
We submitted a list of corrective actions needed to the sellers.  It's five pages long.  Our realtor said that previously the sellers indicated they would not be fixing anything as they felt the $3,000 credit would be enough to cover any and all repairs needed so it looks like we will not be going through with the purchase.  According to the contract though, they have five days to decide.  Once we are released we will be looking at another residence.  We will contact you to arrange an inspection for the new place too.

I've bought 3 homes so far and have NEVER seen such a comprehensive, detailed report and job done.  I very, very much appreciate all that you've put into our inspection and the care that you've taken to ensure that we know of any possible thing that might go wrong or has gone wrong.  Thanks for making us feel like we are equipped with the knowledge we need to move forward with our purchase.  Your report is like our "house manual" listing everything we have and how to maintain it, etc..  THANKS so much again for being so thorough and very trustworthy.  I'll definitely recommend you to anyone I know that needs a home inspection.  Who couldn't use an ally like you?

Thank you so much for your very comprehensive report.  The detail was overwhelming and a lot of it not pleasant to read, but it's what we needed to see.  It was a "bad" report, but in a way, a good thing. We fell in love with a dream home. You showed us that underneath it would be a nightmare house. 
 
The inspection itself was very thorough.  You climbed in, on and under places I wouldn't think to go.  The owner present had an obvious abundance of pride of workmanship for some stuff he maybe shouldn't be so proud of.  The way you worked with him was superb!  You did a great job to avoid bruising his ego.  Even the way you stated things in the report are very professional and non-confrontational, but quite clear between the lines what is really meant to be said.
 
The sad part is now we have to let these nice folks know we don't want to buy their home any more -- and why.  Then it's on to find a new dream home.  And believe me, when we find the next one, among the first calls we make is one to Absolute!
 
Thanks again for your professionalism and thoroughness.  (Everyone is floored when they hear it's an 87-page document, and not even including the insect, radon and septic reports.)

I just wanted to give you an update...  Kerri and I cancelled our contract on the previous house because of all the deficiencies you found during your home inspection.  We also started working with new real estate agent and agency who have treated us as humans instead of dollars.  When the previous agent found out that we cancelled the contract, she wrote us a very nasty email which only solidified our decision to cease using her services and seek out a more personable agent.  Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job, you saved us thousands!!!
