This damage was found in a hidden crawl space that supported a concrete floor for a family room.

Due to the lack of ventilation and damp conditions, the wooden framing and supports are completely rotted. The concrete floor above now has no support. If this condition is left un-repaired, this floor may collapse. Don't let this happen to you.
