InfoNJDEP licensed pest control applicator (# 20239 B). NJDEP licensed radon technician(# MET 10935). This assures you that the inspection for Wood Destroying Insects and testing for Radon was performed by the same inspection company that did the home inspection and not sub-contracted out to someone else. If you have questions about insects or radon you only have to make one call.

The reporting system we use is the most complete and comprehensive system available anywhere.  Typically 15 pages (more pages does not mean better) and easy to understand, the report categorizes any defects in the home by type and severity.
No waiting 3 to 4 days, sometimes longer, for the report to arrive in the mail. When the inspection is completed you will receive 3 copies of the report, one for you, your attorney and real estate agent. Now, you can address any concerns you may have about the property immediately.

Detailed narrative reports* which includes pictures, are also available and are sent via first class mail or electronically the next day.
